Previously, as partner and in-house counsel, Brian led the expansion and sale transactions of two enterprise software companies to private equity and strategic buyers. He had key leadership roles in the commercialization of proprietary solutions, acquisitions, and talent development.
As an attorney, including at AMLaw 100 firms, Brian focused on corporate, venture capital and intellectual property commercialization accross diverse industries.
