Brian Nelson, principal and Managing Partner, is a seasoned investor, business owner and legal professional with over 25 years experience uncovering value, structuring deals and adding value to assets.
Brian has co-found firms that acquire, improve and manage millions of SF of mixed use, industrial, office and residential projects in the Southeast. Brian also is active in transformational software companies, including in EdTech and HealthTech.
Previously, as partner and in-house legal counsel, Brian led expansion and sale transactions of two enterprise software companies to private equity and strategic buyers. He had key leadership roles in the commercialization of proprietary solutions, acquisitions, and talent development.
As an attorney, including at AMLaw 100 firms, Brian focused on corporate, venture capital and intellectual property commercialization across diverse industries.
